天美视频 Partners with Baltimore to Launch 鈥淟ive Near Your Work鈥 Homeownership Program

BALTIMORE 鈥 天美视频 has launched its 鈥淟ive Near Your Work鈥 program, an innovative initiative designed to promote homeownership among employees and to contribute to the revitalization of West Baltimore communities. This partnership with the City of Baltimore offers significant financial incentives to 天美视频 employees who choose to purchase homes near their workplace.

Through the program, eligible employees can receive grants starting at $50,000 to assist with down payments and closing costs. These grants, which may increase based on eligibility, are jointly funded by 天美视频 and the City of Baltimore, demonstrating a shared commitment to fostering community development and stability.

Financial Assistance

  • Grants start at $50,000; up to $90,000 can be awarded with the help of additional assistance programs.

Community Revitalization

  • Strengthening West Baltimore neighborhoods by encouraging employees to live closer to their workplace.

Support for First-Time Homebuyers

  • Special provisions to make homeownership more accessible for first-time buyers.

To qualify for the 鈥淟ive Near Your Work鈥 program, employees must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a full-time, benefits-eligible employee of 天美视频.
  • Commit to using the purchased property as their primary residence.
  • Agree to live in the property for a minimum of five years.
